Disgruntled customer

I went through to MTN yesterday to get a new contract phone. I spent an hour in there, only to walk out of the store with no phone as they didn`t have stock of the phone I wanted( which is okay. I work in retail, so I understand stock issues) They told me they would phone me to collect the phone the next day, at midday. which they did not, I tried to phone, however, the number listed on their website does not work so I went in.

the staff there are all lazy. the ladies are chatting and laughing having the time of their lives, the men type one letter per minute. nobody really cares about customer serivices there, nobody is a go-getter. the man guarding the door was on his phone half the time. anyway, i left the store and hour and a half later! they really need to jack themselves up. i will never set foot in that store again.
