Disgruntled customer

MTN customer service is very poor and disappointing. I took out a contract last week Friday for LTE wifi and paid immediately. I was told to expect delivery of my router in a few days which is normal. DSV then contacted me Monday evening to confirm delivery adress for the next day, and there I experienced problems which MTN was meant to deal with. I immediately sent a mail to customer care, and another one the next morning. I've been calling and mailing, being sent pillar to post from one agent to another at my expense to date.... Still nobody assisting me, and still with no router and my money gone. I am beyond upset.
