Disgruntled client!

Hi. I am sick and tired of you guys! You never debited me on the 25th, I sent a request on the app asking why I was not debited thinking it's due to covid as I sent a request to reduce my monthly payment. I was advised I'd be contacted in 72 hours but nothing! Next thing you guys blocked my sim card from using anything! Your error I contacted you and you cut me off! You guys are useless! Get someone to contact me to resolve this! I can't keep calling you guys. Your whatsapp service is even more useless!
