Disgraceful to ***** money at such a terrible time!

So it seems MTN have gone and debited my account twice. And following all the complaints and comments there are a number of people you have done this to.

Disgusting to ***** peoples money and at such a devastating time as COVID-19. This is ridiculous and ********! MTN is *****ing people's money and it is affecting so many people now. What a disgrace you at MTN are. I suggest you sort this out as a matter of urgency. I have put this on Facebook, Twitter and I have sent an email and I have also phoned that stupid 135 number that only has voice prompts and automated services. How does that help when you actually need to speak to someone! MTN you are letting us down and as for this damn slogan of you #wegotyou is so false! Wake up MTN and get with the progamme!
