Disgraceful service from MTN PICK N PAY DBN NORTH

Pathetic and disgracful service by MTN store PICK n Pay Hyper by the SEA Durban North.They lie to customer and treat customer with no respect.Had to wait nearly 2 hrs to speak to a manager cause she was busy with something. What a lie. Sales staff had confirmed a promo a few days ago and said to come in on Saturday to process a new contract and then only to find out its price incorrect. So why waste our time and effort to come into the store and make use like idiots.I expect MTN to honor what was displayed instore or else i have proof and will be taking this up for False Advertising and lying to customers. I want a regional manager to contact me ASAP.
