Disgraceful Service from MTN

The Business Customer Consultant hung up the phone on me , was very reluctant to see to my query early in the morning. Poor attitude and not willing to assist, no enthusiasm to help at all. The MTN store has used the incorrect account number as a reference when I made payment and used the correct cellphone number. Its has been allocated to my other MTN account and apparently it takes a month to resolve, however nobody is willing to assist. Service has been disgraceful from MTN.
