disgraceful service

i took a moden contact with mtn firstly had to fight for delivery which too over a week and wholla item arrives not working called in told go to mtn we there now requesting proof of residence which was given this is pathetic service mtn needs to correct the service so they wont lose clients *** if they can actually do good
