DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

Fourth time writing. In April'18 I app**** for a 12GB(6+6), and only received 3gb day and 6 night. Previously MTN said that this was corrected. But it was NOT. I was also promised a refund, and nothing. That was two months ago. I HAVE PROOF/SCREEN SHOTS THAT THIS HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED. EMPTY PROMISES. I'm paying for the 12GB, and I WANT it. THIS IS SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE, AND FALSE ADVERTISING.
