DISGRACEFUL PENSIONER ABUSE BY MTN

MTN - you are a disgrace taking advantage of technically unsavvy pensioners and convincing them, through ********** means, to take out contracts that they don't understand let alone need. You then make obtaining a copy of the conversation almost impossible - sending them from pillar to post with the clear intention of making it so difficult to cancel the agreement that they give up and just continue getting fleeced each and every month. This is disgusting and your "agent" Mondo is nothing but a guise for getting away with this shocking consumer abuse. My 75 year old mother can not understand how she can not receive a copy the of the telephone conversation she was party to and resulted in her "agreeing" to a contract for data and a laptop when she requires neither and just wanted more airtime!! You are a disgrace.
