Disgraceful customer service
<p>Took my phone in for repairs as I was under the impression that it was insured, still staff couldn't help me and couldn't get through to customer service. They kept my phone for over a month never heard any feedback and then it was returned , all the covers have been ********** after they told me that didn't look at it because its not insured. Nobody informed me that I no longer had insurance and I certainly didn't expect my phone to come back in a worse off condition. Cancelling my contract and will never deal with MTN again!!! Shocking shocking shocking they are quick to sell you something but can never assist with anything.</p>
