Disgraceful Company to say the least

If I could give a minus rating, I would. Trying to end a contract for months now!! Being passed back and forth to departments with all kinds of errors and excuses as to why I cant cancel. They cant even assist in store and refuse to call me back after I contacted them on Twitter. Absolutely disgraceful! Taking peoples money without blinking and taking no responsibility. I have lost count on how many times I have called and how long Ive had to hold!!! Ombudsman, here I come.
