Disgraceful!

Absolutely disappointed in MTN, it was my first time getting a cellphone contract everything went smoothly up until the night before delivery, my purse got ****** with my id card and everything in the purse DSV could not deliver the next day due to not being able to scan the barcode of the ID. I have been transferred from 8:00 this morning till 14:51 with no hope, many putting the phone down in my ear and when everyone hears I am soft person they take advantage of not being able to help or assist, the customer care is very rude & unhelpful. After spending the whole afternoon on the phone trying to set up a manuel delivery as one of the previous consultants advised me I still have no hope or help.
