Disgrace service

I just opened a new MTN contract. I wanted to no certain details of the contract as I didn't understand anything on the MTN app. I was unable to call MTN with the contact numbers give or chat to them online. It was so difficult to get in touch with them. I had to go to a MTN store and they could tell me the basic things of my contract. Just DISAPPOINTING!!
