DISGRACE OF A SERVICE

Absolute disgrace of a service received from MTN call centre.

My phone went in for repairs a month and half ago and im still waiting on it.

i phone everyday for an update and i get the same answer all the time..."the system shows phone has been dispatched to Cavendish MTN but never arrives at the store".

The agents has been logging it everyday but nothing gets done because when i call the next day its the same story..."the system shows phone has been dispatched to Cavendish MTN but never arrives at the store".

When i ask to speak to a manager, the agent tells me there is no supervisor on the floor. this is everytime i call, so i dont know how a call centre floor can operate without management on the floor, it is very unprofessional.

I don't know what the agents are doing behind the phone but i would never recommend MTN to anyone because this is the ****tiest service i have ever received.

In actual fact i will be advising everyone of my ****ty service i have received.
