Disfunctional MTN systems
MTN systems don't take to each other, one branch will tell you this, the next branch in the same city this and the call centre will call you something else. Today the call centre was noisy and the moody consultant expected me to speak over the noisy in the background until I had to call her to order about the service she was giving. MTN will never notice you on anything but suspend your account and make automatic changes without informing you as a client either.

12 Dec 2018, 14:32Zanele Mazibuko, a Complaints Management Consultant unable to assist me as a client and saying she will escalate my issue to the company contracted with MTN which I took my contact with. She takes no ownership of the situation as I asked her to ask for an investigation as to the returned debit order which she has commented on boldly yet I the issue is not resolved or investigated as I paid the cash over the counter. And the fee she is referring to is an amount I was told was pro rata and would be debited with the receipts I have proof of and I still need clarity on as I explained that upon my last payment in November at Greenacres I was told that I am up to date and she the comments in the above manner. She is confirming my query of horrible service and systems that do not talk to each other.
