Discusting service

Such a ****ty company, sales sold me lies and now am supposed to pay an amount that I am not aware of, I called and called to confirm and my debit order is high. I am being taken from pillar to post, I am at Rand ridge MTN and they can't help me either, they can only call the head office with me and we have been put on hold for 30min bravo.
