I've had a contract with MTN where I received 50g of data and 10000 MTN to MTN mins . My contract was due for an upgrade. But to my amazement I couldn’t get a similar deal. But here comes the amazing part . People that have business contracts can get similar deals. Yet when the initial contacts was out it was basically sim only deals and business people as well as ordinary people got the same sim deals . But now ordinary people that had the 50g contract can’t get good deals but business people can get similar deals . Why is MTN distinguishing between people . Both are paying and we’re paying for the same contract yet one can upgrade to the same deal (business people ) and some can’t (ordinary people) I think this is an unfair practice. As why must they get privileges and ordinary people can’t . Yet the money is all the same . I’ve had no success in getting an answer from MTN .
