************** against loyal 20+ years customer, yes 20 + years customer cannot take out the same deals than a new customer. This is pathetic and a long standing loyal customer should get actually better deals than a new customer. Then what pathetic service I got too as I had to wait 5 hours for headquarters to approve the contract too. But I guess sleeping on the job is now a new job criteria with MTN. Pitty it's not the idiots that approve the contract that have to deal with the customer's dissatisfaction.
