************** against clients on debt review
MTN has declined my application for An upgrade siting debt review: HOWEVER i had managed to upgrade with them with the previous upgrade whilst under debt review. My contract is not under the credit facilities that are being reviewed. I thought it was a service agreement and not a credit agreement that i have with MTN. I have been a loyal customer and no one is able to give me a solution.

27 Jan 2022, 17:59I need to make a mention of an outstanding service delivery by one of MTN’s Service Champions… just when i was about to give up on MTN entirely to upgrade my contract, Ms Zahrah Cooper went above and beyond to assist me with upgrading my contract and she even found the source of being disapproved at first (which should have been noted in the first place by some)
She is the epitome of service excellence. MTN has an asset in her. And as a client i trust her work ethics. 5 star from me
