Discriminated by origin

I went into an mtn shop and i was told i could not get a contract as I am zimbabwe have permanent residence but i am still waiting for my ID . I was told i should wait until my ID is out to get a contract of which i am a former mtn contract holder and I wanted an sim only contract for the 4G data for 89zar a month . I actually managed to buy a house with my perm residence certificate but was told I cant get a 89 zar contract .I am very dis appointed with mtn.
