discrepency in billing
I have a prepaid top up package which promises 200 minutes of airtime. It ran out after exactly 42 minutes. I am unable to get in touch with anyone at the call center as I hold on for a long time selecting options and eventually get cut off which is really fustrating. I called the Fourways mall branch who promised to get back to me and never did. I feel very cheated! I would like someone to contact me and resolve the issue.
