Discrepancies in Settlement Amount

For months I’ve been trying to figure out just how much I owe MTN and who to pay it to, after finally getting a settlement amount which matches what’s on my ICT report, I paid it off and provided the proof of payment. To my surprise, I’m told I cannot get my settlement letter because I’m still owing for the balance of my contract, so how much do I still owe? Today alone I got 3 different amounts, R4000, R3100 and R2100. All of these seem to be calculated by head because when I asked for a statement, it reflects what I’ve settled. Am I being ****med? Why will MTN not update the bureaus that I’ve paid abc and owing xyz? Transparency, that’s all I ask? Also the dropped calls? What’s the point of recording calls for quality control purposes if it takes 4hrs to try resolve a matter and still come out empty handed? I just want to clear my name and move forward.
