Discount not loaded yet after 5 months
<p>I signed up for a new contract at the mtn store in canal walk. Clinton the manager was there when I signed up. I supp**** the relevant documentation for me to qualify for a 16% discount as I work for the auditor general SA. </p> <p> </p> <p>It's 5 months down the line and my discount has not yet been processed or my account credited. Clinton indicated I have to come to the store each time to follow up as he cannot phone me back - which I think is ridiculous.</p>
