Disconnection every beginning of month, cannot get through to call centre

Cannot get through to MTN call centre. Line is paid well in advance and gets disconnected every single month, highly inconvenient and dangerous for my wife to not get hold of her with 2 young children. This needs to stop, get back to me ASAP!
