Disconnected wifi

Hi I'm dissatisfied with your service, I have the unlimited data of R269, I went to your store to make a payment your consultant asks me how much I am paying wheres she has access to the system to see the amount that is due, she made me pay with a shortfall of R10 my WiFi is not closed I went back to your store I paid the R10 I was told my WiFi will be reconnected I get home nothing has happened and your customer care number is unreachable
