Disconnected internet

we bought their month to month home wi-fi services which was delivered to us on 31 Jan 2024 , today it's the 4th February MTN has disconnected their services which is supposed to be active until the 4th of March which when the next debit order must go off .But they are asking for a payment for a service which is less than 10 days.
