Disconnected from Network

On 22nd of February 2016 I NOTED THAT I AM DISCONNECTED FROM THE MTN NETWORK. i called and was said that my sim was not rica, how can this be because I did the rica on 4th of January 2016 and ported the day after. SO i went to rica the sim again and now i was told rhat the port was reversed, how can that be I am happy with MTN till now that this happened. This is unacceptable, no warning an no sms, so where will the funds and voice minutes go, do you think i am crazy to port and loose alll that!
