DISCONNECTED CALL

I phoned the customer care number to find info about my call and asked to be put through to a consultant.<br> After waiting to speak to a consultant for more than 5 minutes the call was ended without me speaking to a consultant and without any fault of mine.<br> <br> I have been trying to phone them for the last hour on and off and every time I have waited for more then 5 minutes just to be disconnected without any assistance. <br> <br> I am really fed up with this bad service, because I have some very important issues to sort out with them, and now it is going to cost me to drive to an MTN Store and sort out the mess they have created in the first place!!!
