Disconnected

Been using the month to month package for R499 5g. No complaints on network or speed. Unfortunately I've paid for the month of August on 18 July but they switched off my connection on 21 august, I've sent emails to customer Service and they said they would reconnect me but I'm still disconnected. I paid R522
