DISCONNECT THE LINE WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION

I have contacted MTN 4 times to date and still have not received any response to my calls and emails.<br> <br> My services were disconnected on the 24th April for no valid reason. No formal correspondence was made from MTN regarding the disconnection of my line. Immediately after the disconnection when I made an enquiry, I was told that there is arrears amount that needs to be paid. I cannot understand how there is an outstanding amount. According to your records the amount is outstanding from the first month of my contract date. My contract is now 18months, how is it that I never received any information from your offices regarding this matter. I have always paid my account on time, I do not owe anything to MTN.<br> <br> I have made attempts to sort out this issue but there is absolutely no response from your side.<br> <br> If I do not hear from you in a week from today, it will be taken that I do not owe MTN any money and that my account is settled in full.
