Disconnect SIM no warning

If I could give them 0 I would have. Firstly, a cell phone company that disconnects your number and sim without any messages/mail/calls to inform you that they are going to. This is OUTRAGEOUS to say the least. Secondly, when asked if I can have it reconnected, no I cant I must change all my business contact info etc. Thirdly, has anyone EVER tried calling them or found any sort of help online from their website? They really are one of the worst cell phone companies out there. Bottom line in my opinion, save your money and go somewhere else. MTN is utterly *******. There is loads more I could write about how bad they are but Im not here to write a novel, but again, please, do not use MTN.
