Disappointment with MTN

Recently I noticed that MTN has taken away the Rush hour from their users without any explanation to their clientele. I have noticed since Friday last week I was not able to use the MTN Rush Hour. Sadly, disappointed with MTN on all aspects after being with MTN with almost 17 years or so. This leaves me to search for options with other product providers.

Good day Sivi

Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We value your input and also appreciate the time you took to raise your concerns with us because it is only through constructive feedback that we can identify and improve in areas that need our urgent attention.

Kindly note My MTNChoice Data range of plans are data centric and ideal for customers who
want to stay connected whilst on the go (MiFi, Tablet, Modem, Router). They are also
perfect for surfing the internet, downloading, streaming and other online data usage
needs. Customers will however be able to do Out of Bundle (OOB) usage for Voice
and SMS using their usage limit, if one has been set. You may contact 135 to  set up a usage limit and check the OOB call rates.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Warm RegardsDinesh KowlasarComplaints Management team

Best regards,

Reviewer Update
I have phoned 135 on a few occasions from last week, and I get different versions to my query. This morning I have tried to make a call, only to hear I don't have enough airtime. I have loaded airtime a few days ago. I cannot purchase any bundles - "This product is not compatible with your existing bundles". I have been told that there has been a technical problem since last week. My last call to 135 was last night.
