Disappointment

I am so disappointed and shocked that they charge you a penalty fee of R2499, for no payment of Month to Month home fiber, the R2499 is missing payments for two month. To my knowledge if you don't pay they disconnect you not charge R2499 because you didn't pay for 2 months
