Disappointment
<p>I write this with such a huge disappointment, I submitted my insurance claim to repair my damaged phone which eventually was approved after waiting for more than a month with MTN insurance. I then gave my phone to the people who came to collect it more than two months ago, whom they advised me it will take 7 working day and I am still waiting. I tried several times calling the MTN Insurance but no one attends to my query. Wrote an email to them on the 05th of July which they promised to get back to me with 5 working days.</p>
