Disappointing Service from MTNSA

The way I am so disappointed with MTNSA, I have been a customer for a over 20 years... July 2020 I had done a wi-fi router cancelation and I called back to confirm receipt of payment. I had two contracts and they still continued deducting after several phone calls I made, reference number after another with no solution...
