Disappointing service from Mtn

Mtn is so disappointing I struggled to get to thier customer service for so long because I bought airtime and it disappeared when I ultimately got hold of them they said they see a subscription from Mtn chatzone on my number which I did not authorize and I was told that they will cancel it but when I buy airtime again it dissappearad again.They then gave me the number *** but it doesn't exist.I really feel that Mtn can do better to protect thier customers because this is happening on thier own platform.Very very disappointed because I have been with Mtn for so.many years and this is the service that I deserve.Come on.
