Disappointing Service Experience

MTN mall @ carnival service is very poor

this is the number I called them on *** and they do not answer. They offered to call me back but there seems to be no sense of urgence from their end.

I did a cellphone contract application in december 2023, no feedback was received in real time, I had to follow up. It seem impossible with their service. I called again today to findout why I still have an outstanding order which is blocking me from applying online. I am really dissatisfied with their service and will be trying another service provider.
