Disappointing *********** service

Disappointing, *********** and horrible service from MTN Northgate mall store in Johannesburg. I cancelled a month to month contract in June already and I am still being billed for something I am not using because the administrator failed to do his work correct and process my cancellation accordingly. The manager told me he would contact me when I followed up regarding my cancellation to date I have not received a call from the manager as yet regarding an update of my query, I would not recommend the month to month contract with MTN when it comes to cancellations then you are given poor and *********** service.
