Disappointing service

Frans Van Rooi ( *** ) On the 29th July 2024 I upgraded my contract at Mtn Loch Logan to a Honor R 200 lite the include a R 500 Pick N Pay voucher I was told the voucher will be mailed to me but I never received the voucher when I enquire about the voucher I was referred to the Honor representative ( Ntabi ) never got any feedback when ask her again her reply was I must wait for her I'm not her only customer. I'm a customer of Mtn over 20 years very disappointed with service
