Disappointing service and feedback

I recently upgraded my phone to the Huawei P40 lite, knowing full well about the issue between google and them. I said that I wanted to change to Samsung because of this issued because most of the apps that I use are on google play store The sales person convinced me that if I download a certain app called Fedora I would be able to get all the apps that I specifically told him that I wanted. Subsequently to that the store that I went to has closed their doors, Maverick store in Hemingway's East London. I was only able to download what's up and that all. All the other apps say coming soon....... Now I sit with a phone that is quite useless to me.

I called the headoffice only to be told that I must pay up the contract if I want another phone. I have been a customer with MTN for years and have also got a contract for my daughter. I am really disappointed in the service and the lack of interest. Why are you selling a phone that you know that people cant use and the fact that I specified what I wanted and was actually told nonsense. I will not renew my next contract or my daughters as dishonesty by your store really has made me rather go to another service provider.
