Disappointing service

I have tried to cancel my data contract for months now the service is beyond pathetic I’m so frustrated it just can’t get resolved I have send emails called in and receive different stories every time please just cancel the contract I have requested to cancel it numerous times I just keep paying and paying since it’s still active and I’m making absolute no use of it this is unfair as a customer I feel I’m being ignored and taken for a fool since the consultants are *********** and I can’t rely on anything they say.
