DISAPPOINTING SERVICE !!

I am very disappointed in the service with the above mentioned service provider,I aced an application with Mondo for a mtn contract,I was initially advised the order was approved and they are awaiting the delivery company to pick up the package,only to call today and to be told that the application is now canceled. This is utter nonsense after telling my child she is getting the phone. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING!
