Disappointing service

Why am I treated like I'm not for the service that I demand, its been two weeks since I had been waiting for laptop to be delivered your delivery when he come here he has a wrong number on the box so because he can't send otp to my phone he had to leave with the laptop, I called your call center to have this fixed but full of attitude of undermining my complaints she says there's nothing she can do whybin the first you sold me the product if there's that you can do, your complaints department are not replying to mails as well and nobody cares to call
