Disappointing service!!!!

I made an application istore canal walk, with MTN network. My application has been approved and I was just about to go and collect the phone when a MTN agent (Miss Naidoo) contacted me and said she was finishing my application. She took my details and when I went to go collect at the store I was told she cancelled my application at istore and made the sale on her name. She did so under false pretenses as she told me she knows I made an application at store and she's finalizing my details. Please cancel my application she made on her name. I unfortunately could not get my phone at the store as she cancelled it. Very unprofessional thing to do and hope to be contacted ASAP so I can move forward with my original application. MTN please look into this!
