Disappointing Service

My line hasn't been working for a number of days now. I've called MTN customer care several times only to receive arguably the worst customer service to date by one Sam Mathebula. This is not only inconveniencing, but very irritating that a brand that claims to be the leading in Africa can provide such poor service.
