Disappointing service

<p><br />I am still waiting for someone to call me regarding the matter that i had spoken to you about. i am utterly disappointed in the service that i have received. i even reported the matter on hello peter and i always get a response that someone is going to call me which never happened. you leave me no option but to go the legal route which i did not want to do and this matter is also going to be reported to the media. why do you guys make promises that you cant keep. do not run a competition if you keep on lying to consumers and why did you ask for my vital information such as my ID number. i am shocked at the kind of service you provide.</p>
