Disappointing MTN service

I have had zero network coverage for 2 weeks straight. I have been calling every 2 days only to be told that the tower that provides coverage for me was damaged. I am appalled at how slow this is taking considering all services are paid for. It is unacceptable that it has taken this long to alleviate the situation. I am unable to work from home and it is frustrating.
