Disappointing MTN Service

I am very unhappy with the service I have received from MTN. I am an existing customer with 2 contracts with MTN and I have been trying to add an additional line for over 2 weeks now. I have tried online and tried your MTN store in Umhlanga and have not had any success. I was given 4 different numbers to call, all of which were unhelpful. I have been in contact with a sales consultant at the MTN branch however she does not answer calls nor does she respond to my smses (which she has said is her preferred method of communication) timeously. If this is the kind of service I can expect, I will be taking my 3 personal contracts and planned business contracts elsewhere. This is very disappointing!
