Disappointing experience

I had an extremely disappointing experience with MTN's legal service team. During my call, I was trying to explain my issue when the representative abruptly hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with serious matters. It felt like they didn’t care about my concerns at all. I expected better from such a well-known company, but their customer service has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope MTN takes action to improve how they treat their customers in the future.
