Disappointing !!!!!!

I have network issues where i stay , i have to walk up my driveway just to get signal , My Husband has a data contact with Mtn and we have 5 numbers that we currently use "ALL MTN sim cards in different phones , i have called the call center on a few occasions to not much joy , of recently i have called again and re-logged a coverage issue to be addressed sometime in May till this day nothing has been done i called to follow up today being the 21 June 2024 and the consultant can not find my logged query ??????????????? i am still waiting for the technicians to call me for a booster installation from 2022 -2024 ????? I have even emailed the mtn coverage department and GUESS what i am still waiting....... MTN service has been terrible and the networks are even worse and NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU as promised. but consultants from the call centre call me everyday to offer me contact deals ???????? what is that ?????
